Cha-Land - Premium Tea
“Premium” in our range means top-leaf quality: whole leaf or large broken leaf, ample golden tips, carefully plucked, made from fi rst or second fl ushes (younger leaves), with excellent aroma & liquor. This tea sits above standard broken leaf grades.
Assam tea from young fl ush, high bud/tip content, whole or near-whole leaf.
Use 2.5 g per 200 ml at ~95°C; steep for 3 minutes. For best fl avour, no milk or very light milk.
Savour it plain, or as a gift/occasional treat. Pairs well with light snacks, biscuits.
