Cha-Land - Green Tea

Non-oxidized tea: the leaves are steamed or pan-fi red shortly after plucking, preserving their natural green colour and vegetal/herbal fl avour. Leaf quality, fl ush (young leaves vs mature), and processing affect bitterness or smoothness.

100% green tea leaf, single fl ush wherever available.

Water ~80-85°C; use ~2 g per 200 ml; steep 2 minutes. Over-steeping causes bitterness.

Best plain; can be enjoyed with lemon, honey. Ideal for a light morning or midday boost.
