Cha-Land - Orthodox Tea

Hand-plucked whole or large broken leaves, processed in the traditional (orthodox) method: withered, rolled, oxidized, dried. Greater tip content equals smoother, more nuanced fl avors — fl oral, malty, or fruity depending on fl ush and estate. Whole leaf orthodox tea is often considered premium in Assam.

100% whole/large-broken leaf orthodox tea

Use 2 g of leaf per 200 ml water at ~95°C; steep 3-3.5 minutes. No milk is recommended to enjoy aroma.

Ideal plain, or with light sweetener; perfect after meals or for afternoon sipping

Store in an airtight container away from heat & moisture.
